Q. How do you ship your packages?
A. We ship our packages in a plain brown box or bubble mailer via USPS or UPS depending on items being shipped. Adult Signature is required upon delivery.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Most orders that are placed before 1pm eastern time will be processed and shipped out the same day. If there is any inventory issues with any products you order we will contact you to let you know the status and see how you would like to proceed. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the mail carriers hands to get it to you in a timely manner. In most cases this takes no longer than 4 days at farthest distances from us in the United States, and next day at the soonest.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! We want everyone to have access to our products. We have had plenty of experience shipping products to international customers in the past and will continue to with our online store.
Q. How will your store show up on my credit card statement?
A. It will show up as "Groovy Glassware". At this time there is nothing we can do about this, and apologize if it causes any inconveniences.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. Yes! You can absolutely cancel an order at anytime. We do recommend doing it ASAP because our shipping team works fast. However, even if the package has already shipped, you are welcome to refuse the package. Once it is back in our facility and inspected we will issue a refund.
Q. What if I receive a broken piece?
A. We try our best to make sure this never happens with our thorough packaging, but if it does, don't worry! Contact us with a picture of the packaging, broken item, and brief description and we will get back with you to make sure it gets taken care of!
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Yes, but only on unused merchandise within 10 days of the date you receive it. Any merchandise that has been used can not be returned under any circumstances. No exceptions. If you decide to return an unused product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to us. Once we receive the returned merchandise and determine that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue you a refund to the same card you made the purchase with minus any original shipping costs. You will be refunded for the item's original purchase value only.
